Yes I saw this too but none of it is happening for me as some of the others have mentioned in this article. I may just give it up. I don’t like to replay 30 minutes of a game I just played.
Last night I dreamed I went to Manderley again...

I agree... that is a no go for me too. If I have to quit a game while I have to go do something else, I don't want to have to replay the last 30 minutes.

Did you see the post that says it takes you to the main room but as soon as you walk into another room it takes you where you left off. But before you start saving you have to find the room where you work on a painting

Yes, it did. I went back and played for awhile. Fell thru the floor.. found my way to the kitchen... there was a comment about a knife. (this seems to be what triggers painting)..went back and found the room with the easel and it panted on it.... did a few more things then exit to main menu... came back and I was in the room with the easel .... walked out the door went down the hall and was back at the elevator that I had stopped at.
