What adventure game are you playing?

You are a brave person to see through Julie Finds a Way!

Must check and see whether it is on pc.
Re: What adventure game are you playing?
Hahaha, is it that bad
Re: What adventure game are you playing?
In a word, YES!
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When life gives you tomatoes, make Bloody Marys.

Just finished a little game called Pilgrims by Amanita, makers of Samorost and Machinarium. Delightful, quirky and funny but short.
Re: What adventure game are you playing?
I didn't know Amanita has another one. Must check it out.

You were not kidding. What in the world was up with the beads and bracelet mini game? That was terrible and took me so long. Glad that is over.
Re: What adventure game are you playing?
Oh, my. Beads? Bracelets? At least now you can put that experience behind you!
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When life gives you tomatoes, make Bloody Marys.

I am trying to play the new Nancy Drew game, but the movement is playing havoc with my motion sickness. Where's my bucket?

Some people have issues with this kind of movement. Here is something from Chrissie at GB than might help...
I suffer from motion sickness too but what I found was that you can look all around & move by just using the on-screen directional arrows. (Reminded me of The Carol Reed games actually!) There are places where you do have to use the 3D facility where you do on occasion have to look up & down but just in certain locations i.e. not all the time.

I'm playing Unforseen Incidents in the community playthrough over at Adventure Gamers and am really liking it so far. It's art style is cartoonish but appealing, and I like the voice acting, the humor, and the story so far.
I’m more confused than a chameleon in a bagful of Skittles.

I am replaying Tales of Monkey Island chapter 1, veeeery slowly.

Now that's an oldie, but a goodie, skeeter!
I just finished Dark Fall: Ghost Vigil. Just an excellent good old fashioned point and click from Jonathon Boakes and Matt Clark. I tried hard to just explore and solve puzzles and enjoy the deliciously creepy setting, but I did have to resort to a walkthrough for one of the puzzles. Just an excellent game.

Re: What adventure game are you playing?
I just installed Art of Murder Cards of Destiny. I first installed it on my Windows 10, where it launched, but screen resolution was off, smaller screen and not centered. Rather than play with it, I decided to install it on my Windows 7 machine that has the built in CD drive. I still had to adjust the screen resolution for my wide screen monitor. It launches in a centered box on the screen (surrounded by black). 1024x768 seems to be best. (Wide screen with black on top and bottom only.)
Right now I'm watching an old movie "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" on tv, ironically with wide screen but black on top and bottom. Anyway, it's a fun comedy. I could use a laugh right now!
