I'd be very hesitant about passing anything like that on without checking it out first - that doesn't look like a reputable news site, cites the FDA as the source but doesn't provide links to anything official to back it up. Looks like this one is genuine (and a couple of months old) though:

Definitely not a reputable site, but it does happen to be true - they just made some claims that are not right.
