Someone posted on Facebook (in this case I believe what they said) that the download for the beta of the new Numenera game is 25GB! I guess that may not be the biggest.
Has anyone released a game on a Blu-Ray disk yet?

I don't see that happening. For one thing Blu-Ray drives still aren't standard on new computers the way CD/DVD drives are/were. For another, most games (big-budget ones, at least) haven't delivered all their content on DVD in some time. Since Half-Life 2, many 'game disks' are glorified Steam keys enabling you to download the actual game.

It was a bit of a tongue-in-cheek comment. The patches for games can be huge too!

I think the full Witcher 3 was over 40 GB!

Given that the beta only includes the game's first act, that does sound pretty big!
