My friend and neighbour Jo - she has rather fallen on hard times money-wise cos a lot of her little jobs have dried up - so she is earning some money whilst I get a nice clean property - she is a hard worker too.

Photos to follow soon - but first I must relate my sad saga on MM of how I came to acquire a second property I dont need or want lol. I have been so agitated and depressed since August that I have let things slide in the house - it looks like a hoarder's house just now lol - and so I am actively putting it all to rights!

I know several people here are waiting anxiously to hear this sad saga.

It can't hurt to post an ad on either of the sites Kickaha mentioned. Propertysell in particular has a really good search function. There's also http://www.freeads.co.uk which has a large property section. I always say, if it doesn't cost anything, it's worth a try!

I agree, Diat! The more options, the better.

Kickaha wrote:There are websites like http://www.easiersale.co.uk and http://www.propertysell.co.uk which claim free listings. One would need to check the small print of course.
For some reason, I missed this post of yours Kickaha - thanks for that - I will look into them.
