What Casual Games are You Playing, Continued
2011? Really! That was the "continuation" of the old Casual Games thread. I'd say it was past time for a new one!
SO, I'll start it off. I was in the mood for a good casual game, but I hardly play them any more because they are so repetitive and I can hardly bear the comments. So, I went to my Big Fish Games purchase history and downloaded Halloween Legends: Samhain Collector's Edition. No wonder I remembered loving this one! Thoroughly enjoying it.

I just finished League of Light: The Game. It's from 2018...but I just got around to it. Anyway...good game. Lots of good puzzles and I really enjoyed the story line.

Replaying Runaway - A Road Adventure and it hasn't lost its charm! Thoroughly enjoying it.

Runaway is a good one Val. I remember it fondly.
Last night I dreamed I went to Manderley again...

I started Steel Life from Big Fish. It isn't a new one, but I like the story. To save lives during a kind of pandemic, people and critters were turned into robots. Your quest is to find a way to turn them back.

Drac,
The graphics are cartoonish but pleasing, and there are humorous moments.
JK,
I've played and enjoyed 3 of the League of Light games, and I also recommend the Enigmatis trilogy. This was the first time in a game I encountered a deduction wall for the clues, which gave them, especially the first, a unique flavor.

Hi, Lady K. I've actually played the Enigmatis games as well.

I think the first one was the creepiest.

Hypnosis, Colossus, The Tiny Bang Story , and some other oldies.
I've purchased so many games from Big Fish Games that it's embarrassing.
At least 110 games !
Lately though I would like to revisit some that are more story-driven.
LadyKestrel, I also own Steel Life.
I should re-download it from my BFG purchase library and play it.
Had started it a long time ago and didn't finish it.
I bought Obduction a year ago but need to upgrade my pc graphics in order to appreciate the full beauty.

I loved Tiny Bang Story! Have you played the Drawn series from BFG?

Just finished Labyrinths of the World: Fools Gold. It's a Domini game so it had some good puzzles.

Re: What Casual Games are You Playing, Continued
I gave up my BigFish membership a while ago, not having time to play and finding the games repetitive.
Most of the ‘casuals’ I play not are more like Escape games with lots of puzzles. Recently I found I good old fashioned harder type casual on Steam, so I thought I would mention it—Arcana Sands of Destiny. I’m having a good time with it. It is a bit clumsy in it’s gameplay, but the HOPs are challenging and the puzzles are great.

I gave my membership up several years ago too. I just found the games simple, repetitive and full of insipid comments and massive amounts of trudging around for no reason. I pretty much just go back and play my old ones.
