What Casual Games Are You Playing Right Now, Continued

Bluebeard's Castle ended rather abruptly in the regular version, which leads me to believe they went further with the story in the CE.

I'm now playing Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe's The Premature Burial and so far am enjoying as much as the other two EAP stories. Shattered Minds: Masquerade had a strange story but was also pretty good puzzlewise. I expect a sequel for it.

Yesterday I played Time Mysteries: The Ancient Spectres. It was a good one, although, like so many of its ilk, it devolved into almost nothing but find-it scenes toward the end. But it had some good puzzles and a fun twist what with having to visit the same areas in different time periods.

Now playing Dark Tales: Edgar Allen Poe's The Premature Burial - and I am really enjoying it - I have loved all the Edgar Allen Poe games so far.

I just finished Mystery Trackers Raincliff. (I know I'm way behind in my casual games, too!) This was one of the best casual adventure games I ever played. FMV, great story, excellent puzzles. I highly recommend it if you haven't played it yet.

Continued playing Dark Tales: Edgar Allen Poe's The Premature Burial this evening - It had not "saved" from last evening and it took me way back into the game - I had to replay about 90 minutes of the game - Just soooooo frustrating when this happens!

The very same thing happened to me on three separate evenings (I am completely fed up of playing the same part of the game three times over now), so that's another game going in the Bin. I feel like writing to BFG Support about this because I was really enjoying this game a lot.

You most definitely should write them. I played this game recently and I didn't have any issues with saved games at all.

I just don't understand why this is happening to me - It just shoots me back to theclosed City Gates every single time I play it. I may post over at GB to see if anyone else has had this problem first.

I haven't been playing any casual games, but I been playing a RPG/FPS and a strategy fantasy wargame on my Mac. I can't seem to find the new "What games are you playing" thread to post, though. Once again, the search engine here will not let me search for anything, saying that everything I type is is too "common" and under 3 letters (even "playing")! Anyone got the link to the new thread?
