What Casual Games Are You Playing Right Now, Continued

It's a good one!

I wouldn't have liked it as much without the Rube Goldberg puzzles. Although they drive me crazy, I love trying to figure them out. I agree with everything that RaytheBear said... I don't know, I just find even these really good casual games a tiny bit boring and repetitive. I absolutely loved the music that accompanied the HO scenes.

Ditto with tiring and repetitive. But I still buy every Haunted House, Vampire, Dire Grove, Puppet Show, or spooky game that's hot off the presses!

I am playing Ghost Encounters: Deadwood. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but I am hooked. Lovin' the Wild West scenes.

Hmm. That looks good, GL.
I just finished Dark Parables: The Little Mermaid and the Purple Tide, by Blue Tea and Eipix. The hidden object screens are the type where you have to assemble some intricate and beautiful object to use, and the puzzles are mostly classics with a few twists. I like this and the other Dark Parable games well enough, but the stories mix up all kinds of fairytale characters, and they often make reference to the characters in other games, probably to encourage players to buy them all.

Lately I've been playing nonagrams (or fill and cross), the latest being Gizmos which fills completed lines automatically, a great feature. I'm quite capable of worrying away at these games for hours at a time.

I LOVE the fill and cross games too!

Oh my mum loves the nonogram games! We have arizona rose which she's played a hundred times, and a couple of other ones. On the hunt for gizmos now... I also love nonograms, but prefer my paper books which I stock up on when I go to the UK. Also, I can't wait to play Dire Grove 2 and the Dark Parables Mermaid one. Got a pile of games to get through now I am off work for Xmas and the house is getting listed for sale today so I can have a couple days off from cleaning before people start viewing it!

Yup, mum and dad are selling their house and we're buying a smaller one together. This has been a big year of renovations and packing, and I am ready for some rest!

I loathe moving, but at least it sometimes forces you to get rid of a lot of junk!
