Finally a sale price of $2.99 on GOG proved too tempting and I now have a copy of "Divine Divinity". Even if I only play it a little, and decide it's not for me, I won't feel out of pocket.
Not needing to put CDs or DVDs in the drive to play is really neat too.

I may have to fire mine up too, Kickaha. I have both Divine Divinity and the 2nd one from GOG. Love the no CD thing too! I remember I got as far as trying for a few days to defeat some guy down in a basement and gave up. Might have to give it a go again! I'll be curious to hear what you think of it.

Divine Divinity is a fun game! Worthy of pursuing. I will say it is very heavy on the hack-and-slash, but it's not too difficult.

I'll see how many rounds I go with the guy in the basement before giving up! I am playing it on easy.
