Daedalic Entertainment noted for their Adventure games are releasing a RPG called "Blackguards". It's due to be on sale on the 24th of January according to their website, and there is a free demo available.

I'm playing Left4Dead 2 and the group is pretty much the same thing - an unlikely assortment of survivors of the zombie apocalypse!

Good for you Draclvr - I'll probably get "Blackguards" but not sure when I'll get around to playing it! Still have "Broken Age" and the new "Broken Sword" game to start!

And I still have to get back into Witcher 2 and finish that one too. I promised myself NO MORE GAMES until I finish the ones I've got. But Left4Dead 2 for free at Steam was just too much to pass up!

I'm anxious to see how you like it! Gotta love a dark opening to a game... I still think the first Witcher game has the best opening cut scene EVER!

I've been playing "Blackguards" for a few days now - and am finding it very addictive. It plays very much like a board game I think, strategy is all important, each battle is different far from just turning up and bashing away. You have to develop characters very carefully to do well.

Just finished "Blackguards" after I don't know how many hours of play! Quite dark, very tactical and strategic thinking needed. I enjoyed it though you don't finish on an up.
