That's why I'm glad they released the Prologue for free, Drac. That way you can see if it plays on your system before forking over the big bucks.

Finished Maquette

It a neat little puzzle game with four dome nested like russian dolls you move objects and youself between these domes and you resize them to take small bridges to make bigger to fill the gaps, make keys smaller to open door or make youself tiny to enter holes. The puzzles are all mostly fun. There are a couple where it's not hugely obvious.

Story wise it is about the releationship between your character and a woman, fairly romantic lovey dovey to start and well play the game to find out where it goes. Although I found it fairly obvious what what going to happen, it was well told and voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard and here real life husband so the acting was pretty decent.

Not a long game, probably 3 hours ish

I am so much enjoying the Room 3. This whole series is so incredibly immersive! You just don't want the games to end!

Thanks JKEerie, I might see if I like it, and then go back to the first ones.

Drac, argh! I will have to check my specs. Story of my life that nothing I want to play ever works on my computer, no matter when I've upgraded it. I put a new motherboard, cpu and graphics card, but realise it was about 3 years ago. And for some reason the computer has never seemed to run fast since, at least not as fast as I think it should with new bits in it 😪

EDIT:

I seem to be between the minimum and recommended, so may be okay. I couldn't work out how to see the graphics card's gb, but the version seems okay. Except for the RAM, I could have sworn I had 8gb, but I only have 4! Maybe that is the cause of the slow computer...

Oh, my... only 4 GB of RAM could be a problem! Good excuse to open up that case and upgrade it! You can find out more by typing DXDIAG in the search box and click on it. The display tab with tell you what you need to know.

I am going to get into the case and check in the next couple of days. I am thinking maybe I put 2 4gbs in, but installed one incorrectly.

That's possible. I've done that before too. Wasn't seated well enough or in the wrong slot. Some motherboards are very picky.

I just finished Sherlock Holmes, Crime and Punishment. I was disappointed it was too easy. I don't remember them leading you to all you had to do and when. The only one that I had to work at was the last one. I didn't like all the short cases either... to bad. I have Sherlock's The Devils Daughter sitting on Steam, am reluctant to load it now.
