Merry Christmas! Sorry I am late, it's been so busy. I hope everyone kept well, and still had a nice time despite restrictions. Drac, I read that as cooking it for 15 hours, and though that is commitment! Mum's Christmas pudding was boiled for 6 hours, and I thought that was bad enough!

skeeter, the next day I felt like it had been 15 hours! Rosaboobie posted a method for doing a Clootie Dumpling recipe that used the microwave instead of boiling for 6 hours!
