Happy Thanksgiving

Post by Ghostlady »

HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Have a wonderful Turkey day. I hope you enjoy your food and maybe some family today. My husband and I opted to stay home and stay safe.
It is very different this year but I feel blessed in so many ways. It will be a quiet day to reflect on everyone I love, including friends here at Mystery Manor. I am thankful for you all. I have so many wonderful memories and I make new memories everyday. You all have been a big part of my life! Even if it is not a Thanksgiving Day in your country today, my feelings today include you all!
Last night I dreamed I went to Manderley again...

Beautifully said, GL! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones as well. Our annual family gathering is cancelled, but since my brother is solo as well, he'll be coming over for dinner and to enjoy some football. You are right. Lots to be thankful for and better days ARE ahead! Happy Thanksgiving to all my cyber friends at the manor. May you all be truly blessed!

Happy Thanksgiving to all US Manorites! We are also opting to stay home and be safe. It's just me, hubby, 13 pounds of turkey and 3 bottles of wine!

I always rather like this day because I get to cook all day and Dave cleans up!

Happy Thanksgiving my friends in the US! I remember arriving in your wonderful country one year on Thanksgiving Eve in Miami and having to board a flight to Washington to spend Thanksgiving with family and everywhere was packed - the airports, the planes and the Highways! Cannot imagine it being so very different today but hopefully with the help of technology you can all spend some time chatting with your families. Enjoy!

Happy Thanksgiving to all US Manorites! I hope all of you enjoy your Special Day and happy to hear that you will play it safe. Good to know that you can still celebrate the day quietly, enjoy the Turkey and the Many bottles of wine and any other refreshments.. Our thanksgiving was a very quiet one for most of us here in Canada. Take care, have fun but not too much fun :drunken:

My sister and I went over to my cousin's house yesterday. It was just the three of us, but we did justice to the turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, veggies, and pumpkin pie. I sat in on a Zoom call to my cousin's kids and one-year-old grandson, and we also celebrated my sister's birthday, which was the day before Thanksgiving. It was a good day, and afterwards Sis and I rolled home with tons of leftovers. 🍗🍴 I won't have to cook all weekend.
I’m more confused than a chameleon in a bagful of Skittles.
