Bella didn't give us a lot of choice! She crams her giant self on a two square foot space on the steps when there is thunder. My granddaughter says, "Grandma! It looks like she's melting!"

Bella is a big girl but a real softy, isn't she?

Years ago, I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of a thunderstorm and almost didn't make it because my old dog, Tatiana, gave me a jump scare. She was cowering in the bathtub behind the shower curtain.
I’m more confused than a chameleon in a bagful of Skittles.
