Feeling Much Better

Post by StarLite »

What a horrible night I had last night. I couldn't get to sleep no matter what I did. I finally nodded off at 4am but I felt like I was unconscious more than asleep. I get up early every morning between 6:30 and 7am, so getting to sleep at 4 and up at 7, not a good thing. If I don't get enough sleep I feel sick all morning. I think I might be a little too old for morning sickness. hehe

After dinner I had an hour nap and felt much better. We are on these funky diets so we have to eat dinner at noon. I like it actually. Hubby was 390 lbs. and went down to 220lbs on this diet. I was 188 and went down to 146 but got hurt exercising and went back up to 156lbs. My weight stays between 157-156. My doctor says that for my age and height I should be 150lbs. That doesn't sound right to me.

Our doctor recommended Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn and it just cut my appetite right in half. For dinner if I have a pork chop I just have one and a table spoon of mashed potato. It's unbelievable what it's done to my appetite. I've also noticed my eyesight has improved. I try to exercise 5-6 times a week when I can. When I take it every day I can read without my glasses.

I love taking supplements and vitamins. I'm trying to get up the nerve to take Shark Cartilage. I thought it was expensive but you can get 90 tabs on Amazon for $16.00. Well It's almost tv time folks so I'm off. Great to be back. Great job everyone who worked on keeping this wonderful site going. Good to see some old familiar faces and hope to see more of them. Take care everyone :)
