My heart breaks for you Kickaha. I lost both my parents within a year of each other. I'll never forget that year. But you know what, they are both around me all the time. In my thoughts and actions, the way I speak and my habits, my loves and my hates. The way I brought my children up. They are both a part of me all the time.

Thanks GL - we had the funeral yesterday for my father. He was a multi-faceted person, so active in a number of directions. I didn’t see all of his sides. Both my parents have left their mark on me.
