Carl Sagan Day

Post by Diat60 »

According to Google, it's Carl Sagan Day and Zen Pencils, a strip on GoComics, published this one back in February 2014. The artwork is fantastic, especially the panel with all famous people through the ages. Most definitely worth a minute or two of your time. BTW, mes sentiments exactement!

Very nice, Diat! I'd never seen that before. Definitely agree with the sentiment!

Carl Sagan made astronomy and science in general come alive for the lay person, both with his books and his television appearances. I always admired him.

Carl Sagan was always one of my heros, so this is just amazing! I find Neil deGrasse Tyson to be a worthy successor!

I love science and hate how it is being thrown under the bus lately.
