Let the holibobs begin!
I have worked harder these past few weeks than I have ever worked before - totally declutteirng and reorganising my house - and I am totally drained - BUT tonight it is the start of my holibobs - tomorrow I leave Sanday at dawn for town, and then on Wednesday I am off to Jersey, my home town, for my school reunion - let the celebrations begin!

I haven't heard anyone use the term holibobs before, RB, but I hope you have a wonderful reunion!
I’m more confused than a chameleon in a bagful of Skittles.

I am spending the night on Mainland Orkney in a lovely little self-catering apartment, and my taxi is booked for 6.30 a.m. tomorrow. Then I have 3 separate flights - Kirkwall/Aberdeen/Manchester/Jersey - arriving in Jersey at approximately 4 p.m. Then I pick up my hire car, and try to find my Jersey rented cottage! It's going to be quite a long day tomorrow!

Some photos of my School Reunion today. The lunch was at a wonderful Hotel overlooking the beach - I had scallops and fresh lobster - you just have to have seafood when in Jersey! And the company was terrific - the 55 years or so that we have been apart just rolled away - what an awesome reunion!

And tomorrow its a reunion lunch with my "drinking pals" that I used to go out with each and every Friday and Saturday when in my single years ha ha - about 25 years ago - - onwards and upwards - I am a lightweight these days where alcohol is concerned!
