This beautiful video is just a taster for you to see where I shall be heading off to next February - Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. Although I said I would never go back to Africa, it has always been a life long ambition of mine to see Victoria Falls, and on this trip I in fact take a helicopter ride over The Falls - and this will be my very first time in a helicopter!

This holiday is a luxury tented safari - something I have nexer done before, a safari in tented accommodation, and I just hope the creepie crawlies (never mind the lions) cant get in - here is a photo of one of the "tents" - Glamping at its finest!

Somewhere around 25 degrees, I think, Diat.
And it's just 6 weeks tomorrow until I go to india for the second year running - this time I am doing the whole of Northern India - Can't wait to sample all those lovely Indian dishes again!
