I used to buy chicken sausages in Kenya - scrummy and very healthy - I do miss them.

Winfrey, I really do recommend this Alaska Cruise, cruising through Prince William Sound!

RB, we just got back from Alaska ourselves. We were there from Sept. 9th thru the 14th. We were there for the peak Fall season and it was stunning. We did a train tour and loved it so much we plan to go back again but for a longer period of time. They have some of the most beautiful gardens I've ever seen. We did some hiking which was a bit scary since you have to worry about the bears and moose. But we had a wonderful time.

A train tour sounds wonderful... you probably got to see see thing inland that you couldn't otherwise. My mom did a bus tour many years ago and just loved it.

sooo beautiful. I've been looking at the pictures with my daughter and we loved them all.I think the cute little otters were our favorite.
I have this theory that chocolate slows down the aging process.
It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?

Helen, so glad you too loved Alaska - and being the first cruise of Spring, we had most excellent sunny weather, except for the one day when it poured down, and that just HAD to be the day we visited the Mud Flats lol!

Melia - my favourite photos were of the otters smiling, too!

Onwards and upwards - It's just 4 weeks today that I depart on my second Indian trip - whoop whoop - cant wait!
