OK the butchers do special sausages - one is pork and marmite, another is apple and sage and pork, tonight we had pork and chestnut and cranberry, sometimes they do pork and Stilton sausages . . .

OK! NOW I understand! I've just never heard of some of these combinations with pork! They do sound good though...
