Thank you, everyone! Felt good enough yesterday to... wait for it... CAN TOMATOES! What else! I had a ton of ones with bad spots and gnarley shapes. I just wash them up, cut out the bad spots, stems and cores and throw them in a pot, skins and all. After a trip through the food mill, I have the best tomato sauce ever!
