Two of my sons came over today to play yard toss (bags) and celebrate fathers day. My oldest son got an eyebrow trimmer for a father's day gift. so anyway, he came over today with only a half of an eyebrow. I guess he forgot to put on the guard on the eyebrow trimmer. I haven't wet my pants laughing in a long time, but, every time I looked at him I nearly wet my pants. those are the things to remember. luckily, I had my DIL take a picture to remember it. she laughed so hard too that she said that she wet her pants.

Yes, just resize. Many free options out there including Irfanview. I used to use the ancient old Power Toys Image Resizer, but the only places I can find it now are on download sites like CNET which I will never use again because of the forced installations of spam and spyware they use. This is the one I'm using now...
