Facebook can be as awful or as wonderful as you make it. I'm able to keep in touch with my family who live 10 hours away and have had friends from 40 years ago in college find me! If there is anyone toxic or hateful, I unfriend or block them.

That's the one good thing about FB Boobie, it is good for storage.

I managed to get up to exercising 6 days a week, lost a lot of inches. Was down to 165lbs from 175, was 188 at one point. Hubby bought me some new resistance bands, I just wish they would hurry up and get here. They're coming from China which will take a month. I still have one tube left and hope it doesn't break on me.
