Heading for Vegas

My daughter is getting married this weekend in Las Vegas so we are heading out there tomorrow. I'm getting my ducks in a row - painted my nails, got my stitches out of my nose, got the dogs lined up with a dog sitter, etc. Now to just have fun.

so, all my kids will be married (or have significant long term relationships) so now I can die at any time! I was waiting for everyone to have someone! Hopefully I won't die for a while, but, one never knows. Which brings me to my next thing to ask - my son's MIL was just diagnosed with ovarian cancer that has spread to her spleen and liver so if anyone is religious, prayers would be most welcome and/or just send positive vibes her way. My son is devastated. He was planning on going to his sister's wedding but, with this new development, he is staying home. so, Vegas, here I come!

yes, stitches in the nose. I had a wound that wouldn't heal and so he cut it off and a big black mole on my shoulder. luckily, they both were benign. but, the stitches in my nose had to come out before the wedding!

I've always wanted to go to Las Vegas, not for the gambling, but because they have a huge rubber stamp store there called Viva Las Vegastamps. I've ordered from them online, but have always wanted to see it in person.
