Avoid fizzy drinks altogether! Can't stand the sweetness and the diet ones are even more sickly sweet to me. I suppose from someone who has neither milk nor sugar in their tea or coffee, it is understandable.

I have not taken sugar in drinks since I was 11 years old - In fact, I never buy it at all.

The only reason I have sugar in the house is when the hummingbirds arrive. I go through about 120 lbs of sugar each summer. Otherwise, it just sits in my cupboard.
