While I probably drink more beer than anything else, a simple glass of water is also something I enjoy very often. And my coffee in the morning must be the finest roast I can find. Really like really good coffee.

However, there is nothing quite like a good book, a glass of wine and the fireplace for the perfect experience!

It is easily wine for me! Red or white...as long as it's dry!

Oh my fav is definitely a nice hot cup of tea. I'll have a coffee every few days and a sip of hubby's beer once in awhile and a cup of hot chocolate whenever I get the craving. I try to stay away from as much sugar drinks as possible

As you all know, I am an absolute teetotaller - so my first choice would have to be water

Would have been wine or beer for me a few years ago, not to mention Canadian Club with Coke or Ginger Ale, but I've been totally teetotal since the early 80's. We had a newsagents in Bristol and that meant getting up at 4:00 am and working through to 6:00 pm 6 and a half days a week. With only two of us working in the store, there was absolutely no room for fuzzy heads or hangovers! So we just agreed to go teetotal and never looked back.

This is so hard. Every day I drink at least 5 cups of coffee and I love it. but, there is nothing better than a cold beer on a hot day to make you feel good.

I voted for tea, iced in the summer and hot in the winter, as my go-to beverage in the afternoon and evening. I like all kinds of types and flavors. When I was in London in January, I stopped by the posh Fortnum and Mason store and bought myself a tin of their Royal Blend, which I love. I also go out to tea often with my Red Hat Society group.

I do enjoy all the other drinks on the list, expecially a good coffee in the morning and a white Zinfandel with dinner.

Wine for a formal occasion or with a meal.
Beer for an informal occasion or with a meal (Newbury now has a lovely beer shop selling a good selection of interesting local beers as well as fancy ones from all over the place, so there's more of a choice than there used to be).
Coffee as a way of life.

I forgot to mention that I also love dark beers and Guinness, especially with pizza.

Dark beer is always a good thing , Lady K ! A fan of Sam Adams beer & Schlafly beer myself . Can't stand coffee . Only way I can , is if I put enough cream & sugar in it , that I can't taste the coffee . After that , to me , there really isn't much difference between that & soda .

I don't like soda because it is so terribly sweet. And now that I know the average soda has the equivalent of 10 teaspoons of sugar in it, I'm glad I don't touch the nasty stuff. And the diet soda is even worse for you!

The only "fizz" I can drink is bitter lemon and tonic water - I just cant tolerate the other sugary drinks.
