I've wondered that too, Kickaha. Microsoft was offering "unlimited" cloud storage for Office 365 subscribers and were "shocked!" to find people taking advantage or this to store absolutely huge amounts of data in music and video libraries. Supposedly due to the "abuse" by a few, they reduced the storage to 1 TB. Which is still generous, but far from their original offers!
Just by virtue of having a Microsoft account, we originally got 7 GB of storage which was raised to 15 GB. I fine OneDrive very convenient for uploading large photo files and video to share when I am away from home, so I made sure I kept my 15 GB!

Edit: Well I have just signed into One Drive, I think for the first time ever, and it says that I have a storage total of 30 GB - Now I am even more confused!

Did you pay RB? Think the other reference was for free storage, but I may be wrong.

You got lucky, then!! btw read this morning that Orkney came second in the list of the happiest places to live in the UK. (First place went to the Western Isles.) So you got lucky there too!!

That was indeed for the free storage. You may have some storage by virtue of your Office Pro. Otherwise I have no idea why you have 30 GB!

It says you had the extra storage because of Camera Roll. I don't know why you have that because I thought it only came with the Surface tablets. Oh, well! You've got it if you ever want to use it!
No, I have the cheaper Office Home and Student as I don't need all the other programs that come with Pro. Home and Student comes with Word, Excel, Power Point and One Note.

Now that you have signed in to your 30 GB One Drive account, you can upload those pictures of East Thrave Cottage! Put them into a folder and then you can link to it here in a post. I tested it with my One Drive and it worked great.
