A belated Happy Birthday to you, Jude! Don't know who you were cheering for in the series. The games were exciting, even though it didn't go beyond game 5. Have a terrific year ahead!

Thank you. I wasn't really cheering for either team (although my half-brother is a Mets fan) because I'm a Pirates fan. It's ironic how the regional system doesn't really let the best teams advance to the playoffs if the three best teams were in the same region. :(
I do like the way KC played, though. Get on base, steal, and run like hell. Good fielding for the most part, too.

KC is my adopted AL team...although I'm a Yankees fan and have always liked the Mets. I've had the opportunity to go to 3 major league games in my business travels...and each time, the opposition was KC. So I adopted them as my second favorite AL team.
