I thought it was so cool today, the Blue Jays played Boston and the Boston players had a Canadian patch on their uniforms. I love our next door neighbors, we couldn't ask for a better friend.

Just wanted to say Happy Canada Day to all the Canucks in the manor. We had a BBQ steak dinner with potato salad, canned corn and I made a deviled egg for hubby. Now hopefully we'll get to see the fireworks tonight. Luck for us we can see them from our bedroom window, which means no fighting crowds for blanket space, no meal for mosquitoes, and no getting hit by shrapnel or fighting traffic to get home.

Been a thunderstorm day here in Ottawa, at one point the rain came down so heavily I thought there were hailstones, but just rain. We were supposed to go to a bbq but it got cancelled. Oh well, better luck next year!

Thank you everyone, I have my tag ready for July 4th, hope everyone likes it. The fireworks here were amazing, the best yet. There was this light that showed up last year and it showed up this year as well, first it was orange then it turned red. Hubby thinks it's a UFO, I wish they'd stop teasing us and make themselves known and tell us what they want. If they do ever show up they better bring something good with them for all of us
A little bit of good news on my part, I weighed myself this morning and I'm 170 AGAIN, down from 175. Hubby says that if I lose a pound a week in a year that will be 52 lbs. I wish I could get back on the treadmill but still having trouble with that foot. I called about 3 places and now you have to pay for physio, so I'm thinking of giving the Cortisone a try
And a bit of good news for you. I'm working the kinks out of Hawk Manor, so as soon as it's ready you'll be playing it. Hopefully it won't be long. Haven't had breakfast yet so I'm off, take care everyone and I hope you have a great day
