Oh my, that takes me back. My French Canadian uncle who had the most beautiful baritone used to sing this every Christmas Eve at the family gathering at my grandparents. He sang it in French, of course. "Minuit Chretien". Still brings tears to my eyes. BTW, my British grandmother used to make the Tortiere for her daughter every year as my aunt was not a very good cook. Tortiere is traditional for French families to eat after Midnight Mass.

The first song had me in tears. Couldn't understand the words but the sentiment was there in spades. Lovely voice. Second group were lovely too - her reaction was priceless.
