Thanks Drac, sweet corn has always been a favourite and this recipe sounds like real soul food.

Lovely recipe Drac, similar to mine. A favourite with our crew is rhubarb and or a mix of any left over fruit. Also for those who like it I add grated coconut to the mix.

I usually make mine around June as our weather is a bit hot at the moment to really appreciate how warming and fulfilling it can be.
