Re: Check In

This site was my forum home away from home for many years. I fell off the internet with the rise of social media, which I opt out of to this day. It is nice that I came back exactly when this site is coming back to life too. I never got any emails—it must’ve been something in the air. Ghostlady, you...

Re: Witcher TV series on Netflix

I really liked The Witcher TV show even though I never got very far in the original game. Season 2 is coming soon, woo hoo!

Re: Disney+

I moved about six months ago and took the opportunity to cut the cable. I have Sling for the cable channels and an HD antenna for the locals, which works fine for me. I saved about $70 a month, and it’s been working out great for me. I also have Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. Even with all that, I...

Re: TV series what are you watching

I got about 4 episodes into NOS4A2 before getting distracted by something shiny. I was enjoying it but I kinda forgot about it. I’ll have to get back to it.

Re: Cursed

I watched Cursed. I liked it. You should try The Warrior Nun, too. It’s another one with a young woman coming into her own in a fantasy world of good vs. evil. I watched Snowpiercer, too. I have watched just about every fantasy show out there what with all of my usual activities shut down or curtail...

Re: Check In

Hi everyone, it has been years since I’ve been here and I don’t know what made me come today. But here I am  I practically never turn on my computer anymore but live on my iPad. I still play games, on my iPad that I live on. My favorites are the Room series and the House of daVinci series, the...

Any adventure game collectors still out there?

Hi everyone, I am downsizing and hardly ever play games anymore and want to get rid of several boxes of them. Many were given to me for use as prizes for Four Fat Chicks contests that never materialized, and I thought it would be in keeping with the original spirit of the gift to give them back to t...

Re: What Casual Games Are You Playing Right Now, Continued

Yesterday I played Time Mysteries: The Ancient Spectres. It was a good one, although, like so many of its ilk, it devolved into almost nothing but find-it scenes toward the end. But it had some good puzzles and a fun twist what with having to visit the same areas in different time periods.

I thought the maternity ward was way worse than the pus and nostril hair! Loved it all, though.

Congrats, Val. Babies are so special, aren't they?

I am playing the CE of Dark Parables: Rise of the Snow Queen. Liking it okay, except now I'm near the end and can't find the trigger for the next part. Rosaboobie, you would like this one. It's all FROGgy :)
