Yes Jude - bikes do add to the landscape. I think Ravensburger have a series of monotone backgrounds with a red bike in the foreground. I did one of Amsterdam like that. Beautiful.

Ah thanks everyone for the well wishes! It was a wonderful day and it continues tomorrow with a family barbeque. I just love it when birthdays continue for a couple of days. Going to the village pub this evening and will buy a round of drinks for whoever is there so there will be well wishes tonight...
