Re: printer for my windows 7 computer

That out-of-date mess with HP is wacky. I use an Epson with color cartridges with my older iMac, and my printer/scanner has color tanks. The software allows me to see my ink levels in real time, and I've never had a problem with either.

Re: It's Friday

I hope you can relax and enjoy the whole weekend, GL. I still get antsy on Sunday's because that's when I planned lessons for my speech students and wrote reports for upcoming meetings with parents and the child study team. Friday nights and sometimes Saturday mornings were for game-playing.

Sometimes we just need to change things up, JK, and also get out and move. It sounds like you did just the right thing.

Re: printer for my windows 7 computer

I use a scanner frequently for graphics, but also for making copies of important papers for my documents file. I've had good luck with Epson over the years, but I don't remember the price I paid for my wireless scanner/printer combo.

I've recently had fun with the JL curio collection. It should be fun for kids, too.

Re: What Casual Games Are You Playing Right Now, Continued

I just finished the two Adam Wolfe games, Flames of Time and Blood of Eternity. I've always liked games by Mad Head, and these, which have 2 episodes each, are very good. Adam, a detective of the supernatural, has been trying to find his sister who mysteriously disappeared. Along the way, he has run...

Re: Sad - no time for games

I like to shop online and especially like browsing the museum shops for Christmas gifts. I don't have many gifts to buy this year anyway because we won't be having our usual family get-together on Christmas Eve. My cousin said she'll host Christmas in July if we all get vaccinated by then.

Re: Lost Lands and the Four Horsemen

Heh. It's usually just newbies who resurrect old threads. I think I played some of the Lost Lands games, but I'd have to check my list at BF to be sure.

Edit: I played the Four Horsemen in 2017 but none of the others. I don't remember much about it.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving

My sister and I went over to my cousin's house yesterday. It was just the three of us, but we did justice to the turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, veggies, and pumpkin pie. I sat in on a Zoom call to my cousin's kids and one-year-old grandson, and we also celebrated my sister's birthday, which was t...

Re: It's Snowing!

It looks lovely here, GL, and breaking the lights is fun. I hope the cats don't discover them, however, or we'll be sweeping up glass all season long.
