Re: Amnesia The Dark Descent on Sale!
Which download site did you use Drac? I am not sure if I want to go the Steam route again, but for $10 I will be scared. At least my desktop is right close to the bathroom, hehehe!!

Re: Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
That sounds like a pain to me Draclvr, I really like the Logitech except for when I had to pull the left thumbstick backwards running away from the chef in Ratatouille. My thumb has not been the same since.

Re: Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
Robert I have a Logitech Dual Action with 10 buttons, would that work for games like this? I used it for Polar Express and Ratatouille but haven't tried it on anything else. I have had it for quite some time now, maybe it is outdated. I still need to look through my grandsons stuff for one of his XB...

Re: Yikes! Prepared to Be Scared!
I looked and I feel the urge for a weapon!! It sort of reminds me of Silent Hill, which reminds me that I didn't finish #3 and 4 of those.

Re: Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
Phlebas there probably was but I just didn't bother since I had only the LC demo on and it was driving me nuts anyway. I already had a Steam account, it just had to be reinstalled. I may try it later on the laptop, I have way too many games to play and little enough time as it is to mess with this.

Re: Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
I decided to ditch it, yesterday I had some time and wanted to try the demo again. Steam took 57 minutes to do something before I could even start the demo. This I don't need and I have many games to play that I just can pop in the disc. This morning Lara and her friend steam were uninstalled from m...

Re: Fable the Lost Chapters
That is kind of frustrating!!! I wonder how close to the end I really am, maybe the w/t will let me know if it is worthwhile.

Re: Fable the Lost Chapters
I have Windows Jude and the game is made by Microsoft. It is really good once you get into it and you get to look really cool. I have some sort of flaming sword and flaming arrows, though I am much better with sword, probably because of Morrowind. Getting through the academy when you are this ugly l...

Fable the Lost Chapters
I haven't played this game since March 2008 and have about 9 months invested into it. I do have all my saves and I do have them in the right place, but they won't show up in my profile. I think it is because of the idiotic save system, hero vs world. So, much to my annoyance, if I want to finish it ...

Re: BloodRayne
I have it installed on the laptop with Vista and it seems to be working fine, except for me of course. I got to the cabin but for the life of me don't know how to rebound kick through the wall. I know it is jump + something, probably left mouse, maybe I am just not in the right spot, the weak spot. ...

Re: BloodRayne
How the heck did you get her to go where you wanted her to go. I managed the wire walking but when I got to the shed I couldn't get her to smash what was supposed to smash. I think I will reinstall and see what I was doing, I don't really remember.

Re: Mr. Smoozles Goes Nutso – New Holiday Price!
Mr Smoozles is a neat game that I paid full price for. Must remember to put it back on the computer again, maybe try it on the Vista since it is not prone to crashes like the XP one. It is keyboard though, but just the arrows, easy to do once you get used to it.

Re: The Recipe Exchange.
Draclvr got me started on a recipe exchange thing, so far got three back and not sure if they sent only to me or as instructed in the email. I sent this one which is easy and pretty good. Corn Chowder 2 cans creamed corn 1 can evaporated milk 6 slices (or more) bacon, cut into 1/2 pieces 4 small dic...
