And I'm currently playing it. Graphical quality has improved over other Spiderweb games, otherwise seems the same game style so far.

That's great, Kickaha. I'm sure Jude will be glad to hear this!

At least I know what I'll be playing for the rest of this year! Must get around to looking at Machinarium too but I feel a little poor right this second - we've had to find over £600 for a poorly cat.

Oh, I hope the kitty is feeling better. Machinarium is worth saving up those pounds to download!

The kitty's on steroids to build up her weight back up - Machinarium is very much on the list.

Kickaha, see Phlebas' post on Machinarium being offered for half price in the Latest News forum!

Ah Kickaha, is it your ragdoll cat I saw on your pictures? Hope he/she gets better.

Thanks GL - yes there are pictures of Tabitha on my website. My wife Virginia has had training in pill-popping from a vet, and got with a pill-popping device. Administering the pills to the patient is no longer high melodrama. And the steroids seem to be working.

(Thanks Draclvr for the heads up abotu Machinarium!)

And over four months later I've finished "Avernum 6"! Value for money, and done in time before the second Eschalon game comes out.

I enjoyed playing it, good variety in the battles and situations. Had better play some Adventure games to keep my hand in there!

Four months, eh! I'd definitely say that was a great value for the money!

Depends... The Witcher took me about 3 months the first time I played it. I'm replaying Avencast right now and it looks like it might take me 2 or 3 weeks. It also depends on the time of the year for me... once the weather gets nice, then I'm outside working on flower beds and vegetable gardens most of the time!

I know I spent an entire summer in Morrowind and never did get it finished! Diablo Lords of Destruction is another one that I've spent at least a couple of years playing off and on with different characters.
