All you can do is give it a try. It would be good to know if your Vista is a 32 bit or 64 bit operating system. Click on Start and right click on computer. Select Properties and see what it says. The games we have not been able to get running on 64 bit Windows 7 are the ones created in 16 bit code.
I would also try using compatibility mode and if that doesn't work, try Virtual PC as Diat suggests. There is a thread stickied down here in Tech Help about how to use Virtual PC.
