Aren't kids cute at that age - seemingly so unaffected yet by life and they can let go and be natural. Someone to watch in the future?

This one had me in stitches. It's called Late Nite Catechism.

I haven't laughed out loud this hard in a very long time! Thank you, LadyK - loved it!

Oh how funny - not Catholic but am an Anglican of the high church so know quite a bit about the Romans. In fact when the Roman began changing their ways somewhat, many of the people got so upset they came to the high Anglican church because our priests still faced the alter and spoke in Latin. Not sure what is going on now. There is no Anglican high church in the desert so I have not attended in some time.

Just read an article that said church attendance and people's faith in organized religion has hit an all time low now. Would not be surprised. Seems to me all the churches could do with not only some house cleaning but some creative people to make religion something people could live by successfully.

That is such a cool idea, Diat. I'll have to try it the next time I make a cheesecake.

That is SO neat!

BD - I have never tasted cheesecake in my life, simply because I already have enough eating vices!

Well let me tell you if you have not tasted cheesecake, then do not start or you will be hooked. Here in the desert, we have a restaurant called the cheesecake factory dedicated to ALL kinds of cheesecake. Heavenly place. I love cheesecake in almost any form or flavor. Even our frozen cheesecake one buys in the stores is tasty though not like the fresh homemade or the special restaurants that serve it.

Except for the addage (sp?) you have not lived if you have never tasted cheesecake - stay far away from it if you are an addictive eater

There's a Cheesecake Factory about 20 miles from me, BD, which usually keeps me safe from buying everything in the place. Several of my favorite restaurants in the area do get their cheesecakes from them, but it's not so bad as an occasional dessert.

I don't make my 3-hour cheesecake much anymore. It's delicious but definitely not low in calories. Recently I came across a much quicker and lower fat recipe that I haven't tried yet.
